“When we first set foot in the Bauer display home at Sanctum we were immediately impressed with the obvious quality and attention to detail that had gone into it. Then we met Quinn and Janna and they were just such nice, genuine people and there was no question we’d found our builder!
This was our first build and they just made everything so easy for us, they helped us design exactly what we wanted and were clear how it was going to happen. They kept in touch every step of the way and went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect. Even a number of very last minute changes of mind by us was no problem for them!
Malia was fantastic helping us choose colours (and didn’t mind our indecisiveness!) We were particularly impressed that their standard inclusions. Many are considered added extras with other builders (stone benchtop etc) and the quality is obvious.
You hear stories about building being difficult or stressful and I honestly can say this has been so easy. We now have our dream home and Bauer exceeded all our expectations. Thanks so much!
